Policies:

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes in event details.

2. Weather Conditions

Dove releases are only conducted under safe weather conditions to ensure the well-being of the birds.
If the release must be canceled or delayed due to inclement weather (including heavy rain, high winds, fog, extreme temperatures, or lightning), we will:

• Attempt to reschedule your release for a later date or time, if possible;

• If rescheduling is not possible, the doves will be presented in a symbolic display (e.g., hand-held or decorative cage presentation) at the event.
  No monetary refund will be given.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If your event starts late or the dove release cannot occur as planned due to delays caused by the client, venue, or event schedule, the release will be forfeited without refund.

4. Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not responsible for cancellations due to factors beyond our control (such as traffic, accidents, or venue restrictions). Every effort will be made to arrive on time and perform the release as agreed.

5. Animal Welfare

The safety and humane treatment of our doves are our highest priority. If the handler determines that a release is unsafe for the birds at any time, the release will be substituted with a symbolic display. This decision is final and non-refundable.

6. Acknowledgment

By booking our dove release services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy in its entirety.
